Workout Substitution Guide

Studies have proven that progressive overload is how we make consistent strength and muscle gains.

Despite that, most people can’t (or don't want to) follow a structured routine for two weeks before program hopping. If you’re doing a new workout each week, it’s impossible to systematically progress in weight lifted or reps performed. The result is little to no gains - even after months (or years).

For this reason, I recommend milking as much strength and muscle gains out of a routine before changing anything. Once you begin to plateau, you want to make the smallest change to keep progressing forward.

This is why I created the Superhero Workout Substitutions manual.

In this bonus manual, I show you how to change up the exercise variation while still working the same targeted muscle group. This will help you to make strength gains continuously, busting through any stalls or strength plateaus.
